  Shocking service every time I visit this service centre. Appointment and collection times are just fictional numbers plucked out of thin air by the staff when they finally deem you worthy enough to talk to!. On every visit we have had to wait a minimum of 1hour (the latest being 2 hours). We previously used Eden Vauxhall in Camberley and we were never disappointed or let down and I'm going back there from now on even though it is 30 miles away.
