  Our sale should have been a straightforward process but due to complications with the lender and buyers solicitor regarding our lease sadly this wasnt the case. For weeks the process dragged on and the stress we were feeling was horrendous but that’s where Lauren comes in.
  
  Throughout the last stressful and frustrating 4-6 weeks Lauren has continually kept us updated and whenever she promised to make contact with us she did. Lauren worked tirelessly between the buyers and sellers agents to drive this sale to exchange.
  
  Without Laurens determination and persistence, me and my sister would have lost our next homes. Lauren was absolutely amazing throughout and provided us with great customer service. Lauren was always so helpful as she cared about our situation, understood our frustrations and even when we moaned during phone calls she reassured us.
